![]() ![]() I absolutely loved it.Īlthough this place does not have bottomless mimosas…their mimosas are amazingly good and they do have champagne on tap. The tender, naturally salted pork combined with the equally tasty gruyère cheese culminates perfectly with the creamy Dijon hollandaise and the yolk from the sunny side up egg. The balance of all the flavors come together to create a knife and fork sandwich for the ages. This was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. People told me about how good the food was here but I thought it was a boost. I ordered the Havana Day Dreaming - an open face breakfast sandwich featuring free- range pulled pork, shaved ham, gruyère cheese, homemade pickles, sunny-side up egg with Dijon hollandaise served on a ciabatta roll. I usually don’t like expansive menus but the difference between each item is enough to please any brunch goer. I enjoyed the creativity and the many options. Reminds me of Another Broken Egg Cafe but without the old-timer menu options. I actually had a chance to speak with their corporate trainer and she let me know they plan to open a Dallas location next year! They are open 6:30am to 2:30pm daily and as long as you are on the list before 2:30 you will be seated and served. They have locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas (Austin & Houston). Eatery began in Denver, Colorado circa 2006. (If only In n Out would follow suit.) Snooze A.M. Eatery has finally made the right decision and landed a primetime spot in the Montrose area. One of my favorite things about Houston is the surplus of amazing restaurants that call this place home.
